This study examines the influence of job stress and work environment on employee job satisfaction, with work discipline as a mediating variable at PT. Arvena Sepakat Sei Pejangki, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Job satisfaction is a key factor reflecting employee loyalty, productivity, and motivation. The company faces several issues such as rising absenteeism, declining discipline, inadequate facilities, and fluctuating turnover rates that indicate dissatisfaction. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 83 respondents through questionnaires, observations, and documentation, supported by secondary company data. Analysis was conducted with path analysis, including validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination using IBM SPSS 24. Findings show that job stress does not directly influence work discipline but has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment significantly affects both discipline and satisfaction, while discipline itself also significantly improves satisfaction. However, job stress and work environment do not indirectly influence work loyalty through satisfaction. These results emphasize the importance of creating a supportive work environment and strengthening discipline as effective strategies to enhance employee job satisfaction
