PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, STRUKTUR MODAL DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PT MUSTIKA RATU Tbk YANG TERDAFTAR DIBURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2015-2024

Abstrak

The company value of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk fluctuates, meaning there are increases and decreases. These increases and decreases are influenced by profitability, capital structure, and company size. Profitability, capital structure, and company size also fluctuate. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, capital structure, and company size on company value at PT Mustika Ratu Tbk, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, both simultaneously and partially. The analytical method used is quantitative, data analysis using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients and coefficients of determination, F-tests, and t-tests using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 27.00. The results show that profitability, capital structure, and company size simultaneously influence company value. The results of the study on the effect of profitability on company value indicate that profitability partially influences company value. The results of the study on the effect of capital structure on company value indicate that capital structure partially does not influence company value. Furthermore, the results of the study on the effect of company size on company value indicate that company size partially does not influence company value.
