PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BMT INDRAGIRI DI KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HULU

Abstrak

Employee performance is an action carried out by employees with the aim of completing their tasks and fulfilling their responsibilities. It has been observed that the percentage of customers each year does not meet the target realization, which may indicate a problem in employee performance that has not yet reached its optimal level. This research was conducted at BMT Indragiri in Indragiri Hulu Regency, and it took approximately six (6) months. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work discipline, organizational culture, and work environment on employee performance at BMT Indragiri in Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research uses a quantitative method and primary data, describing the influence of work discipline, organizational culture, and work environment on employee performance at BMT Indragiri Rengat in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The data were analyzed using path analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing, with the help of IBM SPSS version 21. The results of the study indicate that work discipline influences employee performance at BMT Indragiri in Indragiri Hulu Regency, organizational culture influences employee performance at BMT Indragiri in Indragiri Hulu Regency, and the work environment influences employee performance at BMT Indragiri in Indragiri Hulu Regency
