Has fluctuated, meaning that there is an increase and a decrease.</em></p> <p><em>The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of earning per share, debt to equity ratio and return on equity on the share price of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. To analyze the effect of earnings per share on the share price of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. To analyze the effect of debt to equity ratio on the share price of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. To analyze the effect of return on equity on the share price of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk.</em></p> <p><em>The type of research is quantitative research. With the data used, namely secondary data. With data collection techniques using literature and documentation study techniques. The methods used to analyze the data are quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, F test and t test.</em></p> <p><em>Based on the results of the research and discussion, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: earning per share, debt to equity ratio and return on equity simultaneously have a significant effect on the share price of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. Earnings per share partially have a significant effect on the share price variables in PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. The debt to equity ratio partially does not have a significant effect on the share price variables at PT Indo Tambangraya Megah. Agro Sarimas Indonesia, Bayas Jaya Village, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province. The author's interest in conducting this research was based on data from initial interviews with HRD and employees in the KTU office of PT. Agro Sarimas Indonesia, which revealed that employee performance was still suboptimal, as some employees received performance ratings categorized as "fairly good." This is suspected to be influenced by employee ability, work environment, and motivation.The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of ability and work environment variables on employee performance and the indirect effect of ability and work environment variables on employee performance through motivation.This study used primary data through questionnaires distributed to 57 respondents. The analysis method used was quantitative, with path analysis.The results concluded that ability had no direct effect on employee performance, while ability had a direct effect on motivation, work environment on employee performance, work environment on motivation, and motivation on employee performance. Meganusa Intisawit Indragiri Estate, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency is still suboptimal, as evidenced by the targets and actual palm oil harvests at PT. Meganusa Intisawit Indragiri Estate, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Factors that can influence employee performance include work discipline, compensation, and motivation.This research was conducted at PT. Meganusa Intisawit Indragiri Estate, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The study lasted approximately six months. The study employed quantitative methods, describing the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance through motivation as a mediator at PT. Meganusa Intisawit Indragiri Estate, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Sampling was conducted using the census method, with 58 respondents. The analysis method used was quantitative descriptive, with data analysis conducted using path analysis (using IBM SPSS Statistics version 21.00). The results of the study indicate that work discipline has no effect on motivation. Compensation does affect motivation. Work discipline affects employee performance. Compensation affects employee performance. Motivation affects employee performance.
