PENGARUH PENDAPATAN, TOTAL ASET, DAN LIABILITAS PADA LABA BERSIH PERUSAHAAN ADIRATNA BINA MAKMUR TBK

This study aims to analyze the influence of revenue, total assets, and liabilities on net profit of Adiratna Bina Makmur Investama Tbk, a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, for the period 2011-2024. The research method used is quantitative with secondary data in the form of the company's financial statements. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests (normality, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity). The results show that simultaneously, revenue, total assets, and liabilities have a significant effect on net profit. Partially, revenue and total assets have a positive effect, while liabilities have a negative effect on net profit. These findings provide very important implications for company management in making strategic decisions to increase profitability.

Work productivity is an issue that requires serious attention from companies. One way to improve productivity is by addressing factors that influence it. Over the past six years, work productivity has fluctuated, influenced by work facilities, the work environment, and job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the influence of work facilities and the work environment on work productivity through job satisfaction at PT Meganusa Intisawit Indralestari Estate in Talang Bersemi Village, Batang Cenaku District.

This study was conducted at PT Meganusa Intisawit Indralestari Estate and lasted approximately nine months. The sample size was 75 respondents. The study used quantitative research methods, using primary and secondary data, and questionnaires as data collection techniques. Data analysis methods used were path analysis, the F-test, and the t-test.

The results showed that work facilities had no significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment had no significant effect on job satisfaction. Work facilities had a significant effect on work productivity. The work environment had no significant effect on work productivity. Job satisfaction had a significant effect on work productivity. Work facilities, through job satisfaction, had no significant effect on work productivity. Work environment, through job satisfaction, has no significant effect on work productivity at PT Meganusa Intisawit Indralestari Estate, Talang Bersemi Village, Batang Cenaku District.

CV. Famili Sakato is a company engaged in sales and distribution with a fairly wide coverage in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The problem that arises is that the number of consumers fluctuates, experiencing increases and decreases. Purchasing decisions are influenced by many factors, including product quality, service quality, and purchasing decisions.The research lasted approximately 6 (six) months. The objective of the study was to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Garuda products at CV. Famili Sakato in Seberida Sub-district, Indragiri Hulu District.
The type of research is quantitative. The data used is primary data. To analyze the data, quantitative methods were used, including path analysis, multiple correlation coefficients and determination, F-tests, and t-tests, which were assisted by SPSS.
Based on the research results and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: product quality, service quality, and brand image influence the purchase decision of Garuda products at CV. Famili Sakato, Seberida Sub-district, Indragiri Hulu Regency

When carrying out production activities, the level of employee work productivity has decreased and increased. This is caused by many factors including work rotation, work discipline and workload.The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of work rotation, work discipline and workload on employee productivity at PT Banyu Bening Utama 1 Payarumbai Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.This type of research is quantitative. With the data used, namely primary data. To analyze the data using quantitative methods, namely path analysis, multiple correlation coefficients and determination, F test and t test which will be assisted by using SPSS. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. In carrying out its activities, the company is always directed towards achieving predetermined goals. There are several objectives for establishing a company, the primary reason being to maximize profits or achieve maximum profitability. The problem in this research is that profit growth fluctuates, meaning there are increases and decreases each year.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets and Debt To Assets Ratio on profit growth at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, both simultaneously and partially.The analysis method used in this study is a quantitative method, namely in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, correlation and determination coefficients, f-tests and tests with testing using the assistance of the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 21 program.The results of the study indicate that Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, and Debt to Assets Ratio simultaneously have no effect on profit growth. The results of the study on the effect of Net Profit Margin on profit growth indicate that partially Net Profit Margin does not have a significant effect on profit growth. The results of the study on the effect of Return on Assets on profit growth indicate that partially Return on Assets does not have a significant effect on profit growth. And the results of the study on the effect of Debt to Assets Ratio on profit growth indicate that partially Debt to Assets Ratio does not have a significant effect on profit growth.

This study aims to analyze the influence of product availability and price on consumer purchase intention, both directly and indirectly through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research problem is motivated by the phenomenon of fluctuations in Yamaha motorcycle sales targets at CV. Cipta Mitra Usaha Rengat from 2020 to 2024, indicating the need to evaluate marketing strategies, particularly regarding product availability, price, and customer satisfaction. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 96 respondents, who were customers of CV. Cipta Mitra Usaha Rengat. The variables studied included Product Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction, and Purchase Intention. Data analysis was performed using path analysis using SPSS software. The results show that Product Quality influences Customer Satisfaction. Price does not influence Customer Satisfaction. Product Quality, Price, and Customer Satisfaction do not influence Purchase Intention. Customer Satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between Product Quality and Price on Purchase Intention. Therefore, pricing strategies should be reconsidered to better align with consumer perceptions of value and expectations
