This research was carried out at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The problem in this study is that the net profit of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), has fluctuated, meaning that there is an increase and a decrease.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of Working Capital, Income and Operating Costs on the net profit of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). To analyze the influence of Working Capital on net profit at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). To analyze the effect of Revenue on net profit at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). To analyze the effect of Operating Costs on net profit at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research was carried out using quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, F Test and t test. Those who used hypothesis tests using the help of the twenty-first version of SPSS. The data used is secondary data. With data collection techniques using literature and documentation study techniques.

Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that Working Capital, Income and Operating Costs simultaneously affect the net profit of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Working Capital partially has no effect on the net profit of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Revenue partially affected the net profit of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Operating Expenses partially have no effect on the net profit of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Work productivity is an issue that requires serious attention from companies. One way to improve productivity is by addressing factors that influence it. Over the past six years, work productivity has fluctuated, influenced by work facilities, the work environment, and job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the influence of work facilities and the work environment on work productivity through job satisfaction at PT Meganusa Intisawit Indralestari Estate in Talang Bersemi Village, Batang Cenaku District.

This study was conducted at PT Meganusa Intisawit Indralestari Estate and lasted approximately nine months. The sample size was 75 respondents. The study used quantitative research methods, using primary and secondary data, and questionnaires as data collection techniques. Data analysis methods used were path analysis, the F-test, and the t-test.

The results showed that work facilities had no significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment had no significant effect on job satisfaction. Work facilities had a significant effect on work productivity. The work environment had no significant effect on work productivity. Job satisfaction had a significant effect on work productivity. Work facilities, through job satisfaction, had no significant effect on work productivity. Work environment, through job satisfaction, has no significant effect on work productivity at PT Meganusa Intisawit Indralestari Estate, Talang Bersemi Village, Batang Cenaku District.

Based on the research results and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: Working capital, accounts receivable turnover, and sales simultaneously have significant effect on net profit at PT Bumi Citra Permai Tbk, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Working capital partially has no a significant effect on net profit at PT Bumi Citra Permai Tbk, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Accounts receivable turnover partially has no significant effect on net profit at PT Bumi Citra Permai Tbk, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sales partially has significant effect on net profit at PT Bumi Citra Permai Tbk, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

In its production activities, the company purchases Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) from surrounding community plantations and from surrounding companies. When carrying out production activities, the level of employee work productivity has decreased and increased. This is caused by many factors including work rotation, work discipline and workload.The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of work rotation, work discipline and workload on employee productivity at PT Banyu Bening Utama 1 Payarumbai Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.This type of research is quantitative. With the data used, namely primary data. To analyze the data using quantitative methods, namely path analysis, multiple correlation coefficients and determination, F test and t test which will be assisted by using SPSS. Based on the results of research and discussion, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: Work rotation, work discipline and workload affect employee productivity at PT Banyu Bening Utama 1 Payarumbai Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.

This research was conducted at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. In carrying out its activities, the company is always directed towards achieving predetermined goals. There are several objectives for establishing a company, the primary reason being to maximize profits or achieve maximum profitability. The problem in this research is that profit growth fluctuates, meaning there are increases and decreases each year.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets and Debt To Assets Ratio on profit growth at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, both simultaneously and partially.The analysis method used in this study is a quantitative method, namely in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, correlation and determination coefficients, f-tests and tests with testing using the assistance of the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 21 program.The results of the study indicate that Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, and Debt to Assets Ratio simultaneously have no effect on profit growth. The results of the study on the effect of Net Profit Margin on profit growth indicate that partially Net Profit Margin does not have a significant effect on profit growth. The results of the study on the effect of Return on Assets on profit growth indicate that partially Return on Assets does not have a significant effect on profit growth. And the results of the study on the effect of Debt to Assets Ratio on profit growth indicate that partially Debt to Assets Ratio does not have a significant effect on profit growth.
