The method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. The results of the analysis show that all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. The significance value of each variable, namely leadership, is 0.028, work facilities is 0.037, and work motivation is 0.023, all of which are below the threshold of 0.05. The regression coefficient for leadership is 0.198, work facilities is 0.213, and work motivation is 0.196, indicating a positive direction of influence. The multicollinearity test produces a VIF value below 10 and a tolerance above 0.1 for all variables (VIF leadership = 2.663; work facilities = 1.824; work motivation = 2.021), which indicates no multicollinearity. In addition, no symptoms of heteroscedasticity were found because the residual significance value is greater than 0.05. These findings reinforce the idea that effective leadership, adequate work facilities, and high work motivation are key determinants of village apparatus performance. This research offers practical implications for strengthening village governance through targeted managerial interventions.
Noviardi Ferzi , Albetris Albetris, Nyayu Fadilah Fabiany, Marnas Marnas, Dian Yulistarini Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Manajemen Dan Bisnis https://journal.itbind.ac.id/index.php/jmbi/article/view/273 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 THE IMPORTANCE OF FINANCIAL EDUCATION IN SHAPING STUDENTS’ ECONOMIC LITERACY https://journal.itbind.ac.id/index.php/jmbi/article/view/272
Financial education plays a crucial role in improving students' economic literacy. This study aims to highlight the importance of financial education in equipping students with fundamental knowledge and skills in financial management, such as budgeting, debt management, and investment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, conducted through interviews with students and economics lecturers. The results show that financial education not only helps students avoid financial problems and stress caused by poor fund management, but also increases awareness of the importance of distinguishing between needs and wants, as well as building saving and investing habits from an early age. Therefore, the integration of financial education into the higher education curriculum is highly recommended to strengthen students' economic literacy, prepare them to face future economic challenges, and contribute to national economic prosperity
Fatti Corrina, Melliofatria Melliofatria, Wirda Jannatul Jannah Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Manajemen Dan Bisnis https://journal.itbind.ac.id/index.php/jmbi/article/view/272 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 ANALYSIS OF E-WALLET MARKET POTENTIAL FOR STUDENTS AT ITB INDRAGIRI https://journal.itbind.ac.id/index.php/jmbi/article/view/282
The development of financial technology has changed the pattern of community transaction behavior, especially through the adoption of digital wallets (e-wallet). This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion, ease of access, and comfort of the interests of the Indragiri Business Technology Institute (ITB) in using e-wallet. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis of 100 student respondents from the year of 2024 selected through stratified random sampling techniques. The results showed that promotion had no significant effect on the potential of using e-wallet, while ease of access and comfort had a positive and significant effect. Comfort is the most dominant variable in shaping interest. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.603 shows that 60.3% variations of interest can be explained by the three variables. This finding confirms the importance of user experience and ease of transactions in encouraging e-wallet adoption among digital generations. The implications of this study show the need for a shift in the focus of the promotional strategy from mere incentives to increasing the value of application use
Roky Apriansyah, Fitria Ningsih, Sry Windartini Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Manajemen Dan Bisnis https://journal.itbind.ac.id/index.php/jmbi/article/view/282 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL VILLAGE PROGRAM POLICY IN IMPROVING PUBLIC SERVICE PERFORMANCE (Study in Sungai Banyak Ikan Village, Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency) https://journal.itbind.ac.id/index.php/jmbi/article/view/275
Policy implementation is the process of implementing or carrying out a policy to achieve the stated goals. It involves various actions taken by individuals, groups, or organizations, both governmental and private, to direct the results of the policy to the target group and achieve the desired impact. Public policy implementation is the process of administrative activities carried out after the policy has been established/approved. This activity lies between policy formulation and policy evaluation. Indragiri Hulu Regency itself based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) has villages, and the villages targeted for the digital program based on the decree of the Regent of Indragiri Hulu Number: G/71/V.12/HK/2021 are 16 sub-districts and 178 villages. Through the smart village program, the Sungai Banyak Ikan Village government has come up with an inspiration to build a digital village that aims to improve the welfare of village communities and their quality of life. Good and innovative public services can also have a good impact on society, where later society will continue to develop along with the development of current technology. Public services in the digital era itself are more about internet-based technology, so that the services provided will be faster and more efficient. The results of this study state that the people of Sungai Banyak Ikan village have implemented the Policy Implementation well. Because, the policy has been implemented but currently it is still not optimal according to the wishes of the village government, due to the level of community ability that does not understand the Implementation of the policy. And also the level of curiosity is still low about the policy. From the author's analysis data, the Sungai Banyak Ikan village has experienced significant changes in the progress of modernization, attitudes, behavior towards social changes in the Sungai Banyak Ikan village
Abdul Hairudin, Muhklas Adi Putra, Said Afriaris Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Manajemen Dan Bisnis https://journal.itbind.ac.id/index.php/jmbi/article/view/275 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000
