Many factors affect the performance of lecturers in this study, the researcher limits the research variables, namely competence, job satisfaction and mediating variables of spiritual motivation. With the aim of the study, namely to analyze the influence of competence on spiritual motivation, job satisfaction on spiritual motivation, competence on lecturer performance, job satisfaction on lecturer performance, spiritual motivation on lecturer performance, competence on lecturer performance through spiritual motivation, job satisfaction on lecturer performance through spiritual motivation. The type of research is quantitative. Primary data, the number of samples is 115 lecturers. The method used to analyze the data is a quantitative method, namely path analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, F test and T test. This type of research uses Primary Data and Secondary Data with qualitative and quantitative research methods. Related to qualitative data in the form of descriptive data analyzed from items related to GCG. While quantitative data is taken from the financial statements listed on PT. In this study, it will be sought how compensation and work environment according to Islamic perspective have an influence on employee performance at PT Aneka Bumi Pratama (ABP) Pemayung District. In analyzing the data, testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. This is done considering that there are several independent variables, namely compensation and work environment. Then to find the influence, the t test and coefficient of determination were used. The compensation dimension indicators are 4.30. In other words, it is categorized as very appropriate. The work environment dimension indicators are 4.37. In other words, it is categorized as very good. Meanwhile, employee performance gets responses and opinions from respondents where it has an average of 4.41 which means the scale range is very good, meaning it has a good response. The t test with the results of 3 variables that have an influence. As well as the F test with the results having a significant effect. This research is a type of descriptive research that is quantitative in nature. The population in this research is the financial statements of PT. Alakasa Industrindo Tbk. while the sample in this research is the balance sheet and profit and loss report of PT. Alakasa Industrindo Tbk 2019-2023. The data collection technique for this research was obtained from documentation via the official IDX website, namely www.idx.co.id with profitability analysis tools and Du Pont. The results of this research show that PT. Alakasa Industrindo Tbk. In 2019-2023, based on capital profitability, it has been effective in using its capital in generating profits, but based on the analysis of economic profitability, only 2022 and 2023 have been effective in using its capital in generating profits.
