THE INFLUENCE OF COMPETENCE AND JOB SATISFACTION ON LECTURER PERFORMANCE ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS STUDIES COLLEGE (STAI) IN INDRAGIRI HULU REGENCY THROUGH SPIRITUAL MOTIVATION

The performance of STAI lecturers in Indragiri Hulu Regency, the phenomenon seen from the results of the lecturer's tridharma, is not optimal. Many factors affect the performance of lecturers in this study, the researcher limits the research variables, namely competence, job satisfaction and mediating variables of spiritual motivation. With the aim of the study, namely to analyze the influence of competence on spiritual motivation, job satisfaction on spiritual motivation, competence on lecturer performance, job satisfaction on lecturer performance, spiritual motivation on lecturer performance, competence on lecturer performance through spiritual motivation, job satisfaction on lecturer performance through spiritual motivation. The type of research is quantitative. Primary data, the number of samples is 115 lecturers. The method used to analyze the data is a quantitative method, namely path analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, F test and T test. The results of the study are as follows, Competence affects spiritual motivation, Job satisfaction does not affect spiritual motivation, Competence affects lecturer performance, Job satisfaction does not affect lecturer performance, Spiritual motivation does not affect lecturer performance, Competence Through Spiritual Motivation does not affect Lecturer Performance, Job satisfaction Through Spiritual Motivation does not affect Lecturer Performance, STAI in Indragiri Hulu Regency.

This study aims to Implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Risk Management on Banking Financial Performance Its Impact on Company Value as an Intervening Variable (Empirical Study at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2016-2023). This type of research uses Primary Data and Secondary Data with qualitative and quantitative research methods. Related to qualitative data in the form of descriptive data analyzed from items related to GCG. While quantitative data is taken from the financial statements listed on PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The results of this study indicate that the results of testing and discussion related to the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Risk Management on Banking Financial Performance Its Impact on Company Value as an Intervening Variable both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect and some have a negative and insignificant effect.

The research was conducted to see the influence of demand deposits, savings deposits and income on credit distribution.PT. Bank Panin Tbk. The data in this study uses secondary data from the annual report of PT. Bank Panin Tbk from 2008 to 2023 and the researcher uses SPSS version 24 in managing data. The results of the study show that demand deposits partially affect credit distribution, savings deposits partially affect credit distribution, income partially affects credit distribution and simultaneously demand deposits, savings deposits and income affect credit distribution.

In today's digital era, where the level of business competition is very high. Every company must pay attention to one of the most important and vital aspects of company management, namely in the field of marketing. By using marketing concepts and strategies in running a business, it will be more optimal in managing directed or effective marketing. The application of digital marketing has become the main strategy for companies in facing business competition in the digital era. This journal analyzes various aspects of digital marketing implementation, including the use of social media. The purpose of this research is to analyze the importance of organizational behavior and marketing strategies in facing business competition in the digital era (SME Study in Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency). This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection is done through interview techniques, observation, documentation. The results of this study are expected to add insight and knowledge about the importance of organizational behavior and marketing strategies in facing business competition in the digital era.

This research was carried out at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Air Molek-ll, Songai Lala District, lndragiri Hulu Regency. The problem in this research is due to the performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V, Sungai Lala District, Indragiri Hulu Regency experienced fluctuations, meaning there were increases and decreases.The aim of the research carried out, namely to analyze compensation, motivation and work environment on the performance of permanent employees in the general administration section at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Air Molek-ll, Sungai Lala District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This type of research is quantitative, with a sample size of 58 employees. The data used are primary and secondary data, with data collection techniques using random sampling techniques. the method used fo analyze paths, correlation and determination coefficients, f test and t test with the help of SPSS version 22 software. Based on the results of tho research and discussion, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: compensation influences employee performance, motivation influences employee performance and the work environment influences employee performance.

This study is entitled The Influence of Compensation and Work Environment According to Islamic Perspective on Employee Performance at PT Aneka Bumi Pratama (ABP) Pemayung District. In this study, it will be sought how compensation and work environment according to Islamic perspective have an influence on employee performance at PT Aneka Bumi Pratama (ABP) Pemayung District. In analyzing the data, testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. This is done considering that there are several independent variables, namely compensation and work environment. Then to find the influence, the t test and coefficient of determination were used. The compensation dimension indicators are 4.30. In other words, it is categorized as very appropriate. The work environment dimension indicators are 4.37. In other words, it is categorized as very good. Meanwhile, employee performance gets responses and opinions from respondents where it has an average of 4.41 which means the scale range is very good, meaning it has a good response. The t test with the results of 3 variables that have an influence. As well as the F test with the results having a significant effect. Compensation and work environment can affect employee performance by 30.1%, while the remaining 69.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this model

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of capital use through profitability analysis. This research is a type of descriptive research that is quantitative in nature. The population in this research is the financial statements of PT. Alakasa Industrindo Tbk. while the sample in this research is the balance sheet and profit and loss report of PT. Alakasa Industrindo Tbk 2019-2023. The data collection technique for this research was obtained from documentation via the official IDX website, namely www.idx.co.id with profitability analysis tools and Du Pont. The results of this research show that PT. Alakasa Industrindo Tbk. In 2019-2023, based on capital profitability, it has been effective in using its capital in generating profits, but based on the analysis of economic profitability, only 2022 and 2023 have been effective in using its capital in generating profits. And based on Du Pont's analysis, it is known that the factor causing the alignment of profitability with net profit is the NPM ratio and TATO tends to increase and the equity multiplier continues to increase
