DAMPAK SOSIALISASI OLEH TENAGA KESEHATAN TENTANG TABLET FE TERHADAP UPAYA MENINGKAT HEMOGLOBIN PADA IBU HAMIL DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PEKAN HERAN TAHUN 2025

Anemia merupakan salah satu kelainan darah yang umum terjadi ketika kadar sel darah merah dalam tubuh terlalu rendah, yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan akibat berkurangnya kemampuan hemoglobin mengangkut oksigen ke jaringan tubuh (Proverawati, 2011).

Abstract: Anemia is a common blood disorder that occurs when the level of red blood cells in the body becomes too low. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of pregnant women in preventing iron deficiency anemia by consuming Fe tablets. This study aims to analyze whether there is an impact of socialization on efforts to increase hemoglobin in the Pekan Heran Health Center Work Area. The research used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample consisted of 90 pregnant women selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a simple linear regression test. The majority of respondents increased Hemoglobin (84%) by consuming foods high in iron and taking calcium tablets. The majority of respondents were good at getting socialization information (51%) by increasing the role of social status and getting information from their environment. Based on the results of the study on the impact of socialization by health workers about Fe tablets on efforts to increase hemoglobin in pregnant women in the Pekan Heran Health Center work area, it can be concluded that socialization does not have a significant impact on efforts to increase hemoglobin in pregnant women.
