SOSIALISASI PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI SERTA INOVASI DALAM PENGELOLAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) BERINGIN SEJAHTERA DI DESA SUNGAI BERINGIN KECAMATAN RENGAT KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HULU

Abstrak

Villages are at the forefront of Indonesia's development. Therefore, the government continues
to strive to encourage the village economy with the distribution of Village Funds and the Village
Owned Enterprise (BUMdes) development program. As stated in the PDT and Transmigration
Permendesa No. 4/2015, BUMDes objectives is improving the village economy, increasing
community efforts in managing the village’s economic potential.
The Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMdes) Beringin Sejahtera Sungai Beringin Village, Rengat
District, Indragiri Hulu Regency is an organization that was only established in 2018. The
formation of BUMdes Beringin Sejahtera is a form of the village government's efforts to increase
the village's original income and improve the livelihood of the residents of Sungai Beringin
Village. In order to make the Beringin Sejahtera Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMdes) of Sungai
Beringin Village into a BUMDes that is advanced and has benefits for the community,
motivation and innovation from every management is needed.
