Abstrak

To increase the nation's competitiveness in the face of globalization in all fields, higher
education is needed that is capable of developing science and technology and producing
intellectuals, scientists and / or professionals who are cultured and creative, tolerant,
democratic, strong character, and dare to defend the truth for the benefit of nation. Statutes are
basic regulations for Higher Education Management which are used as the basis for drafting
regulations and operational procedures in Higher Education.
