Abstrak

In order to achieve affordability and equitable distribution of quality higher education
and relevant to the interests of society for progress, independence and welfare, it is
necessary to organize higher education in a planned, targeted and sustainable
manner by taking into account demographic and geographic aspects. Statutes are
basic regulations for Higher Education Management which are used as the basis for
drafting regulations and operational procedures in Higher Education.
