PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON THE PREPARATION OF STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW DOCUMENT ON REGIONAL SPATIAL PLAN OF INDRAGIRI HULU REGENCY IN 2021-2041

Abstrak

The purpose of the implementation of these community service activities and programs, is
to provide informational socialization to the implementation of strategic environmental
study document preparation activities in improving perfection in the preparation of this
Strategic Environmental Review document. It is hoped that through this activity will
encourage the creation of planned governance of the substance and implementation of
the Spatial Plan of Indragiri Hulu Regency and the results of an accountable and
transparent study and give birth to a study document that has a good set of study results,
planned and directed. While the method of activities carried out is the Presentation
of Material with a meeting pattern that emphasizes on briefing, discussion, consultation,
brainstorming, positive inputs conducted interactively with forum members and
continued with real actions or activities relevant to strategic environmental study
materials for the perfection of the content of the document.
The results of this community service activity, running in accordance with the schedule
and plan that has been set, where the meeting participants have a very enthusiastic
response to the implementation of this public consultation activity, as an effective
discussion forum so as to create changes and developments in a better and directional
direction, in the form of policies, updating new data and information on the development
of regional and environmental development, especially in the District. Indragiri Hulu and
Riau province in general. In addition, the Strategic Environmental Review must
be adjusted in relation to the content and substance of technical materials that have been
combined and contained in the document of the Spatial Plan of Indragiri Hulu Regency
2021-2041 which has been planned.
