Abstrak

Family planning (KB) is something that is done by married couples consciously and deliberately to delay pregnancy without any sanctions or punishment from the government, setting the interval between pregnancies. The aim of the research is to analyze the effect of DMPA birth control injections on weight gain. at WUS at the Azki Medika Clinic. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample technique consisted of 95 people. The sampling technique using the probability sampling method used is random sampling. The results of this research use simple linear regression. The results of this study showed that the majority who used injectable contraceptives were 49 respondents (51.6%), there was weight gain in 68 respondents (71.6%). The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of using injectable contraceptives on weight gain with a value of sig 0,039<0,05
