Parity is the number of pregnancies that result in live or dead babies. Based on WHO data (2015), Indonesia's MMR in 2015 reached 125 per 100,000 live births. From the examination reports of pregnant women in the Kasih Ibu Hospital Working Area, Indragiri Hulu Regency, it was found that the number of people at risk of pregnancy was 136 people and those who were not at risk of pregnancy were 189 people. To determine the effect of parity on the risk of pregnancy at Kasih Ibu Rengat Hospital. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population and sample were 95 pregnant women. The results of the research show the influence of parity on the risk of pregnancy at Kasih Ibu Rengat Hospital, Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2024. The risk factor for pregnancy complications cannot only be seen in one factor, namely parity, because there is an interrelationship between one factor and other factors, for example parity. with the pregnancy spacing factor.
