Abstract

Patient satisfaction is the patient's sense of satisfaction with facilities, service quality, and the desired work environment. Patient satisfaction also contributes to success in the healthcare sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze The Effect of Service Quality and Work Enviroment on Patient Satisfaction Through Facilities at Kasih Ibu Hospital, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.This research was conducted at the Kasi Ibu Hospital for approximately nine months. The sample size was 100 respondents. The research method was quantitative, utilizing primary and secondary data, and data collection through interviews.
