Abstract

Financial performance is a measure used to evaluate the extent to which a company achieves its financial and operational goals using financial analysis tools. To assess the company's financial performance, of course, a certain benchmark is used. In general, the benchmark used is the profitability ratio. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach method with the data used being secondary data. While the data collection technique uses literature study and documentation study techniques. The data studied are in the form of financial reports of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2014 to 2024. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) based on the profitability ratio seen from net profit margin, return on assets, return on equity, and operating costs to operating income from 2014-2024 is in good condition overall, this is because the company is able to obtain maximum profits, utilize assets, provide decent returns to shareholders, and control operating costs efficiently
