Human resources in a company or institution play an important role, namely as a benchmark for the level of employee work productivity, with the understanding that if the level of quality of human resources in a company is high or good then the level of employee work productivity in the company is easier to increase, and vice versa if the level of quality of human resources is low or lacking thenthe level of employee work productivity will be difficult to increase.This research was conducted onPT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional-III.ywhich lasted for approximately 10 (ten) months with the aim of the research to analyze the influence of work discipline, work environment and workload on labor productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara Iv Regional-III. Sungai Lala District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This type of research is quantitative, using primary data and data collection techniques through literature studies and questionnaires with a sample of 91 people. The data analysis method in this study was carried out using quantitative methods using path analysis, model feasibility testing, and t-tests. Based on the research results, it shows that DisciplineWorkinfluence on labor productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional-III, Sungai Lala District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.This means that the higher the level of employee work discipline, the higher the productivity produced.The work environment does not affect workforce productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional-III, Sungai Lala District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This means that a good work environment alone is not enough to increase work productivity; it needs to be supported by other things such as improving employee work skills.
