Abstrak

Employee performance at PT. Meganusa Intisawit Indragiri Estate, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency is still suboptimal, as evidenced by the targets and actual palm oil harvests at PT. Meganusa Intisawit Indragiri Estate, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Factors that can influence employee performance include work discipline, compensation, and motivation.This research was conducted at PT. Meganusa Intisawit Indragiri Estate, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The study lasted approximately six months. The study employed quantitative methods, describing the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance through motivation as a mediator at PT. Meganusa Intisawit Indragiri Estate, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Sampling was conducted using the census method, with 58 respondents. The analysis method used was quantitative descriptive, with data analysis conducted using path analysis (using IBM SPSS Statistics version 21.00). The results of the study indicate that work discipline has no effect on motivation. Compensation does affect motivation. Work discipline affects employee performance. Compensation affects employee performance. Motivation affects employee performance. Work discipline through motivation has no effect on employee performance.Compensation through motivation does affect employee performance
