This study aims to determine the Managerial Performance Model of Regional Heads in Indonesia. This research
is a quantitative research using WarPls 07 to process data. This research was conducted on the Government
Indonesia. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique . The sample is calculated using Slovin
with an error rate of 5% where 230 respondents were selected . Test results The Effect of Managerial Performance
on Political Will Perception , Servant Leadership on Political Will Perception , Public Service Motivation on
Political Will Perception , Political Will Perception on Executive Job Satisfaction, Public Service Motivation
Against Executive Job Satisfaction, Managerial Performance Against executive job satisfaction Through
Political Will Perception, Servant Leadership Against executive job satisfaction through Political Will
Perception and Public Service Motivation executive job satisfaction Through Political Will Perception has
positive and significant influence , only Managerial Performance on Executive Job Satisfaction that shows Not
there is positive and significant influence.This study can concluded that almost all variables have influence to
performance managerial
