<p>This study aim for analyze influence training, work culture, and competence on madrasah teacher performance in the area of the religious training center Pekanbaru. Analysis results show that third variables well in a way simultaneous and partial, have significant contribution in increase teacher performance. Structured and appropriate training need proven capable increase professionalism educators. Work Culture appear as factor dominant driving force teacher productivity through environment collaborative and positive work. Meanwhile that, teacher competence, especially in aspect pedagogical and professional, also strengthen effectiveness work at a madrasah. This findings in line with various study previously confirmed the importance of development strategy source power man in increase quality education. Therefore, that strengthening training, coaching work culture, and improvement teacher competency is necessary made into priority in policy management power educators in the madrasa environment.</p>Suryandi Suryandi

<p>The rapid development of social media influencers has fundamentally changed the digital economy. Approximately 64 million individuals worldwide will identify themselves as influencers by 2023, 5.4 times the number of doctors worldwide. The role of social media is crucial in the context of <em>personal branding</em>. Social media can help share thoughts, ideas, and works with millions of people worldwide. Social media can help create a positive self-image and certainly attract others. Imam Santoso has done the same thing in building his <em>personal branding </em>as a creative and innovative marketing strategy. Research this own objective for know <em>Personal</em> <em>Branding </em>done on Instagram Social Media by IMAM SANTOSO<strong>.</strong> This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subject of the study is Imam Santoso. The object of the study is the content of posts on Imam Santoso's Instagram from January 2025 to June 2025. The primary data sources in this study are Imam Santoso's followers and his Instagram account. Secondary data sources in this study are journals, books, and articles related to the problem being studied. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, documentation, literature study, data analysis, observation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study above, it can be stated that Imam Santoso builds personal branding by creating various content on Instagram social media with various types of content created, namely inspirational content, educational content, daily activity storytelling content, testimonial and collaboration content, personal story content, experiences, and challenges.</p> <p><strong><em>Keywords: Personal Branding, Imam Santoso, Influencer, Instagram, Career</em></strong></p>Meilya Karya PutriAgus Supriyadi

<p><em>This research aims to assess the quality of services provided by Baitul Maal Wat Tumwil (BMT) Indragiri. Based on observations made by researchers who interviewed several service users.</em> <em>This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The ways to collect data include observing, asking people, and recording information. The informants from the cooperative include several employees of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) and their customers.</em> <em>This study evaluates data by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions from the research results. The results of this study indicate that the quality of public services at Baitul Maal Wat Tumwil (BMT) Indragiri consists of the following five aspects. (1) “The physical” dimension is a special part of the service facilities and infrastructure for customer comfort. (2) “Reliability” is how much employees are trusted in responding to customer complaints. (3) ‘The responsiveness” of employees towards customers while serving. (4) “Safety” dimensions regarding operational timeliness. (5) "Empathy" is about how service employees demonstrate their attitude and service quality to customers through a good impression.</em> <em>The results of this study provide important conclusions and recommendations for Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Indragiri. <p><em>Cv.Famili Sakato is a company engaged in sales and distribution with a fairly wide coverage in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The problem that arises is that the number of consumers fluctuates, experiencing increases and decreases. Purchasing decisions are influenced by many factors, including product quality, service quality, and purchasing decisions.</em></p> <p><em>The research lasted approximately 6 (six) months. The objective of the study was to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Garuda products at CV. Famili Sakato in Seberida Sub-district, Indragiri Hulu District.</em></p> <p><em>The type of research is quantitative. The data used is primary data. To analyze the data, quantitative methods were used, including path analysis, multiple correlation coefficients and determination, F-tests, and t-tests, which were assisted by SPSS.</em></p> <p><em>Based on the research results and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: product quality, service quality, and brand image influence the purchase decision of Garuda products at CV. <p><em>Financial ratio analysis serves as a strategic tool in supporting data-driven, transparent, and accountable decision-making for all stakeholders within a cooperative. This study was conducted at Koperasi Unit Desa Karya Bersama, located in Kerubung Jaya Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, over a period of approximately six months, with the objective of analyzing the cooperative’s financial performance. Using a quantitative descriptive method and secondary data, the research employed ratio analysis and trend analysis to evaluate key financial indicators. The findings reveal that the cooperative’s financial performance shows mixed trends across eight financial ratios. Ratios such as the Cash Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) demonstrate increasing or stable movements within a safe range—where DER also becomes more controlled after an early-period spike—while other ratios, including the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), Accounts Receivable Turnover, and Total Asset Turnover, exhibit declining trends.</em></p>Nurul SholehaSuharmiyati SuharmiyatiWalmi Sholihat
