The sample in this study was selected </em><em>using a purposive sampling method. The total sample of companies used in this research was 15 companies with </em><em>an 8 year period. The aim of this research is to use the Economic Value </em><em>Added (EVA) and ROA methods to analyze the financial results of BPJS Employment from 2018 to 2022. For </em><em>this analysis, secondary data from financial reports covering 2018 to 2022 is used. EVA is very useful for use </em><em>as a company performance assessor where the focus of performance assessment is on value creation. EVA will </em><em>cause companies to pay more attention to their capital structure policies. BPJS Employment has been able to </em><em>handle this situation effectively, as shown by studies based on EVA and ROA from available data. EVA </em><em>analysis which is used to measure a company's financial performance has a good impact on the company, </em><em>namely causing the company to pay more attention to capital structure policies, besides that investors can find </em><em>out the company's profits and the company's ability to utilize its capital. Based on the EVA analysis carried out </em><em>on BPJS Employment for the 2018-2022 period, it can be concluded that the EVA value is &lt; 0 or EVA is </em><em>negative. This means that the company does not experience the process of adding economic value. The target users selected are children, considering the challenges of </em><em>theoretical learning processes at this age group, which tend to favor playing activities over </em><em>conventional learning methods. The implementation of educational games is expected to provide an </em><em>effective solution to overcome these obstacles. The application includes two specially designed </em><em>games: a Vocabulary game for children aged 5-7 years and a Grammar game for children aged 8-10 </em><em>years. The development of this application integrates multimedia concepts, educational game criteria, </em><em>and user requirements analysis. The study utilizes the Action Script programming language and was </em><em>developed using Macromedia Flash software. The purpose of this study is to characterize its effects on </em><em>traditional stores and kiosks as well as the community's economy. Interviews and observations are the </em><em>methods used to obtain research data, and the data used are primary data. Purposive sampling was </em><em>used to choose the study's sample. Miles and Hubermann's analysis is the method used to analyze </em><em>research data. The type of data in this study is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data inthe form of periodic data (Time Series) on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of IndragiriHulu Regency and Riau Province in 2016-2023. The analysis tools used are Location QuotientAnalysis and Klassen Typology. The results of the Location Quotient analysis show that there are 10basic sectors in Indragiri Hulu Regency, namely agriculture, forestry and fisheries; processingindustry; water supply, waste management, waste, and recycling; construction; wholesale and retailtrade, car and motorcycle repair; transportation and warehousing; provision of accommodation andfood and beverage; real estate; educational services and other services. Through the prism of job characteristics, our study reveals the methods by which four distinct technology affordances impact employees' job performance. A total of 100 questionnaires from frontline staff members who utilize the digital enterprise platform to assist their everyday job are gathered for an online survey. Through the mediation of perceived task autonomy and task feedback, statistical analysis results indicate that visibility, editability, association, and interactive affordance demonstrate substantial influences on employees' task performance and inventive performance. SME Dodol Kedondong Raja has been established since 1999 and sells dodol </em><em>kedondong products not only in Rengat District, but also to other districts. However, over </em><em>time, there are obstacles that make the production of dodol kedondong Raja decline, one </em><em>of which is due to the supply of raw materials which began to decrease in number. For </em><em>sales, it is usually done directly at the location of the production of dodol kendondong </em><em>raja which is also the home of the owner of UKM dodol kedondong raja located on </em><em>Narasinga street in Rengat city. This research uses </em><em>a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection is done through </em><em>interview techniques, observation, documentation.
