IMPACT OF WORK FAMILY CONFLICT (WFC) ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) WITH PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING (PWB) AS MEDIATION

This study aims to investigate and explain theoretically and empirically the impact of WFC on OCB
Employees. Furthermore, this study aims to investigate the PWB mechanism that influences or mediates
the relationship. The location of this research was conducted at the Dinas Perkebunan of Indragiri Hilir
Regency. The sample uses a census sampling technique because the population is relatively small. So
that the sample used in this study amounted to 58 respondents. Analysis of research data was processed
using Warp PLS software version 7.0 to analyze the data and determine the relationship between
constructs. The results showed that WFC had a negative and significant effect on OCB, WFC had a
negative and significant effect on PWB, PWB had a Positive and significant effect on OCB, while PWB
has a negative and significant effect in mediating the relationship between WFC and OCB.
